100 shallow knee bends 60 soft sit ups 60 rubber like arm pulls.
@HUMOR_ME_NOW - That’s actually quite admirable frank. Do you do that everyday? Wowza! You must be really fit, i’d like to think that i’d still work out at least a lil when i’m 79 but i highly doubt so
@mellywelly15 - I average 5 times a week. I sometimes stop, but so far always start again.

@xxMissforbiddenfruitxx - 5 sets of 10 is only bout that much i can do…haha @Zissu25 - lol i think i’m a little hippy, pretty sure it won’t look masculine or even then i don’t mind having a tiny waist :p Lol i have no idea and a sumo squat?!? in my head, a sumo squat is pretty funny as i imagined it to be..haha
