Its not what you look that matters, its what you see
Now, that ain’t no common house-cat, That’s a lion in the making! It’s bout seeing yourself in the best light, seeing your exciting potential and what you are truly capable of just because it’s a house cat doesn’t mean it has to act or think like a house-cat…
This is not implying that looks don’t matter, it’s emphasising the importance of self love and maintaining a positive outlook.
A healthy mind is needed to create a healthy body so a healthy sense of self awareness and self love is needed in order to focus on positive self improvements such as exercise and relationship building.
It all starts with the way you see yourself, the way you see yourself is the way others will see you.
I’ve not been working out lately but I have been diligent in doing lots of walking, that should count as exercise right? There’s been news of people dying just by running so, to prevent all that, just gonna stick with light jogging and brisk walk my booty off and do them squats and forget about participating in marathons as of now… heh

walking is definitely a great way to get in some exercise. any kind of extra movement counts. it’s low impact and it’s great for toning
I agree. I wish when I looked in the mirror I saw what other people saw instead of a combination of Jabba the Hutt and Yoda.

@laytexduckie - Wahhhhh!!! How long does it take? Powerwalk? Haha
@mellywelly15 – Hahah. Well, it takes 7 – 8 minutes to walk to the subway from home, then probably another 8 – 10 mins from home the subway to the office. And then repeat for going home… except add in another 10 minutes because I go to my aunt’s place for dinner. Hahah.
@mellywelly15 - I normally hate the Dove Real beauty ads, but I liked this one.
